What one can't live without

Isn't this a brilliant Christmas prezzie - a vacuum cleaner for my desk.  How great is this for all the glitter and tiny pieces, bought for me by daughter and partner.

A Warm Hello

I am still trying to perfect my colouring and am so excited to be going on to the LOTV Masterclass on Saturday - hopefully after that I will be happy with my efforts and pick up a new technique.

I am entering this into the Secret Crafters Challenge - Sparkle (it does honestly but the camera didn't pick it up too good)

I can't understand why I struggle so much to choose DP for my cards - I have absolutely loads of different colours, textures and sizes all of which I had good reason to buy at the time.  I just don't understand why it is so difficult - does anyone else have this problem or is there a good rule of thumb to go by?  I would love to know.

I have entered this card into the following challenges

Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Age is Just a Number (my card for 4 year old!!)
Sketch Saturday
Craft Your Days Away - Tag it
Penny Black Allsorts - Autumn Colours
Secret Crafters - Sparkle

So pleased this won the Sketch Saturday challenge and I won $25 of stamps.

My First Blog Card

This is the first card I have posted to my blog and it is the most recent one I have made.  I am quite pleased with the result as I have been practising on the colouring and particularly the shading aspect of it.  I was introduced to Fat Pads by a fellow blogger which consists of Fabriano watercolour paper which works really well with distress inks,  I am amazed at the difference.  Please take a trip around my blog and if you have any suggestions/advice they will be most welcome.
